Regulations for in-ground pools in Sutton
The Town of Sutton applies the provincial regulation on the safety of pools residential areas,
as well as certain municipal siting requirements,
security fencing and inspections.
All in-ground or semi-in-ground pools must comply with the following requirements before being put into service
and be subject to a municipal permit issued by the City.
